Warning: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data, including preferences and saved content, will be permanently removed.
How to Delete Your Account
Step 1: Open the App
Launch Lumina 4K on your device.
Step 2: Access Settings
Tap on your profile icon or the menu button (usually in the top-left or bottom-right corner), then select "Settings".
Step 3: Find Account Settings
Scroll down to find the "Account" section in the Settings menu.
Step 4: Select Delete Account
Tap on "Delete Account" or "Account Deletion". You may need to confirm your password or verify your identity.
Step 5: Confirm Deletion
Read the warning message carefully and confirm your decision to permanently delete your account by tapping "Delete" or "Confirm".
What Happens After Deletion
When you delete your account:
- All personal data associated with your account is permanently deleted from our servers
- Your username becomes available for new users
- You lose access to all saved preferences and settings
- Any active subscriptions will be canceled (you may need to manage subscriptions through your app store account)
- Analytics data may be retained for legal and safety purposes but will be disassociated from your identity
Alternative: Request Deletion via Email
If you cannot access your account or prefer to have us delete it for you:
- Send an email to support@lumina4k.app
- Include your account details and a request for account deletion
- We will process your request within 30 days
- You may receive a follow-up email to verify your identity
Data Retention
Please note that some information may be retained even after account deletion:
- Records of transactions for accounting and tax purposes
- Data required for legal compliance
- Information needed to prevent fraud or abuse
Such data will be securely stored and deleted when no longer necessary.
